Roberto Francani, graduated in Economics and Banking at Milano Bicocca University and MSc In Management, Finance and International Business at Bergamo University with foreign qualifications at London School of Economics, Tippie College of Business – Iowa University and Goldman Sachs.
He has worked in several sectors, encompassing Investment banking, M&A, family offices and Private Equity, coordinating people, originating and managing different deals across industries at European level. He was Board Member in several unlisted companies.
Michele Vabanesi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2018 and a Master’s degree in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan in 2021.
He gained solid experience by holding the position of Investment Analyst Intern at Europa Investimenti in Milan in 2020 and the position of Credit Underwriter Intern at Credimi in Milan in 2019. He has been on the board of AIFI Young as an advisor since 2023.
Ippolito Fiori graduated at Bocconi University with an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control.
He gained solid professional experience first at Arthur Andersen and then, with over 20 years abroad, at the Ferrero Group where he held various positions, including Area CFO and Group Chief Administrative Officer.
Matteo Conti earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Engineering from the Lecco territorial pole of the Politecnico of Milan in 2019 and a Master’s degree in the Finance branch of Management Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan in 2022.
In 2023 he has been a member of Organizing Committee for the Associazione Italiana di Ingegneria Gestionale’s XXXIV Annual Scientific Meeting in Lecco. In 2022, he has been a Researcher at the Entrepreneurship Finance & Innovation Observatories of the Politecnico di Milano, assuming the role of Project Manager of the Crowdinvesting Observatory and University Assistant in the course of Economics and Business Organization for the Bachelor degree in Automation Engineering since 2023.
Laura Pedrinazzi, graduated in Computer Science and Bioengineering, PhD in Bioengineering and Bioinformatics at University of Pavia and Master in Business Strategy and Business Transformation at Sole24Ore Business School.
