Co-Investment
It guarantees its shareholders the possibility – but not the obligation – to co-invest in each transaction carried out according to the “club deal” scheme, or in proportion to the percentage held in the company’s capital, with the option of an increase.

As a long-term investor, Smart Capital believes that Sustainability, in the version integrated with Enterprise Risk Management, is essential for its sustainable growth. The evaluation of the “ESG” strategy of the target companies is in fact one of the main focuses for Smart Capital in the selection of its investments as well as in the monitoring and rating of the portfolio companies.
