Who is Smart Capital?
It is an initiative founded on the concept of “family” as the basis for sustainable business and creativity, which supports visionary entrepreneurs by letting them do their job well, as they have done for decades.
It is an evergreen investment holding specialized in minority, private equity and private investments in public equity (so called “PIPE”) transactions.

The evaluation of the “ESG” strategy of the target companies is in fact one of the main focuses for Smart Capital in the selection of its investments as well as in the monitoring and rating of the portfolio companies.
